2. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers, in particular:
- Interior cleaning of passenger vehicles
- Interior cleaning of vans and commercial vehicles
- Cleaning of truck cabins
- Upholstery and carpet shampooing
- Steam cleaning
- Ozone treatment and disinfection
- Machine polishing and paint correction
- Paint protection and surface treatment
- Other services according to the current offer
3. Booking and Reservations
Services may be booked by phone, e-mail, contact form, or social media.
A reservation becomes binding once the appointment has been mutually confirmed.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any booking without stating a reason.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on:
- The actual condition of the vehicle
- The level of contamination
- The size of the vehicle
- Additional services requested
- The time required to complete the work
The customer will be informed of any price adjustment before work begins.
Travel expenses may be charged according to the current pricing policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing access to the vehicle at the agreed time
- Ensuring sufficient working space around the vehicle
- Providing access to a 230V power supply unless otherwise agreed
- Removing personal and valuable items from the vehicle
- Informing the Service Provider about any known damage or defects
The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a confirmed appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend may result in a cancellation fee covering the costs incurred.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is liable only for damage demonstrably caused by its own actions.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
- Hidden defects in materials or components
- Wear and tear consistent with the vehicle's age and condition
- Damage existing prior to the service
- Issues resulting from long-term neglect or poor maintenance
When cleaning older or heavily worn materials, previously hidden defects or damage may become visible. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for such conditions.
8. Complaints and Claims
Customers are encouraged to inspect the completed work immediately after the service has been finished.
Any concerns should be reported on-site whenever possible, or no later than 48 hours after the completion of the service.
A complaint should include:
- Customer name
- Date of service
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, where applicable
The Service Provider will review and respond to complaints within a reasonable period of time.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data is processed solely for communication, appointment scheduling, customer service, and the fulfillment of agreed services.
